📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Lean and DevOps principles.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog to maximize data solution value.
• Ensure backlog items are clearly defined and properly estimated.
• Drive a data-driven culture with metrics to measure performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate leadership and ownership of the project vision.
• Extensive experience managing Product Backlog for cross-functional teams.
• Professional Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
• At least 5 years in Agile as Scrum Master or Senior BA/PO.
• Experience with JIRA and DevOps.
• Experience leading workshops using Miro.
