• Experience applying Agile methodologies and practices.
• Facilitate meetings that are purposeful, engaging and effective.
• Experience with multiple Scrum teams.
• Experience coaching teams and encouraging responsibility for processes.
• Identify early signs of team conflict and apply appropriate resolution approaches.
• Operate as both a day-to-day coach and adviser.
