📋 Description

• Support multidisciplinary technology delivery teams.
• Operate with a wider delivery mindset; create clarity and improve team flow.
• Foster self-organisation and continuous improvement within Agile teams.
• Identify and escalate impediments affecting delivery and sprint commitments.
• Provide status reporting on progress, risks and forecast delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and governance activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Essential: 5+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile software or technology delivery.
• Delivery/Project Manager experience with planning, risk and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven delivery of complex software or digital change in Agile environments.
• Strong Scrum understanding; facilitate ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Experience producing delivery reporting and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools; PM/PSM/CSM certification desirable.
