📋 Description

• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies and planning activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint
• Guide the team in estimating user stories and tasks, supporting shared understanding and realistic

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of total experience
• Experience applying Agile methodologies and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings that are purposeful, engaging and effective.
• Experience working with multiple Scrum teams.
• Experience coaching teams and encouraging responsibility for team processes.
• Ability to identify early signs of team conflict and apply resolution approaches.
