Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies and planning activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint
• Guide the team in estimating user stories and tasks
• Identify and resolve impediments that affect team progress
• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritised and visible product backlog
• Guide the team in maintaining focus on sprint goals and release deliverables
• Support team development and help teams address challenges, resolve conflicts and manage

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of total experience
• Experience applying Agile methodologies and practices
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings that are purposeful, engaging and effective
• Experience working with multiple Scrum teams
• Experience coaching teams and encouraging responsibility for team processes
• Ability to identify early signs of team conflict and apply appropriate resolution approaches
