📋 Description

• Facilitating meetings for the scrum team
• Holding retrospectives
• Coaching team members, mediating through conflicts, helping the team to make decisions, fostering
• Facilitating agile team learning process
• Helping to write or split user stories, to write or adapt product visions, to order product backlog
• Facilitation open communication between the scrum team with other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• At least 5 years of experience in the IT field, of which a minimum of 3 years must be relevant
• At least 1 certification: Scrum Master certification or equivalent recognized internationally
• Strong knowledge of Scrum rules, technics and practices
• Hands-on experience in Scrum management
