Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives
Coach and support the team in applying Scrum and Agile principles in a pragmatic and effective way
Identify and help remove impediments that impact the team's progress
Foster ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement within the team
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure effective backlog management and sprint preparation
Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technology stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

Around 5 years of relevant professional experience
Solid experience as a Scrum Master
Proven experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments
Professional proficiency in English
Professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French
