📋 Description

  • Serve as Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, planning, backlog, reviews, retros.
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs.
  • Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement toward sprint goals.
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum values.
  • Coordinate dependencies across development, QA, architecture, and DevOps.

🎯 Requirements

  • CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for backlogs and sprints.
  • Experience with SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Strong experience supporting system integrations and migrations.
