Scrum Master

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews
• Build strong relationships across highly cross-functional Agile software development teams to
• Proactively identify, escalate, and remove impediments that could affect team progress or project
• Support the Product Manager with backlog management, ensuring work items are clearly defined
• Champion Agile values, quality practices, and continuous improvement while coaching team members on
• Coordinate across organizations and work closely with senior client leadership and business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a technical discipline, or another relevant field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience managing software development, data management, and system integration
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile, Scrum, and related delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Kanban methodologies is highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
