🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban principles.
• Experience using Jira and Trello for planning and tracking.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps: builds, releases, and testing workflows.
• Proven ability to facilitate ceremonies and engage all team members.
• Experience managing blockers and supporting continuous improvement.
• Experience in financial services or payments is a plus.
