Scrum Master – Agile & SAFe Methodology

📋 Description

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement
• Coach teams on Scrum, Agile principles, and SAFe practices to improve delivery predictability
• Support Programme Increment planning by helping teams identify dependencies, risks, and delivery
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy, prioritised backlogs and ensure user stories are
• Identify, track, and remove impediments that may affect team performance, sprint outcomes, or
• Monitor and communicate delivery health using metrics such as sprint progress, velocity, capacity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a comparable Agile delivery role.
• Strong practical experience applying Scrum and Agile delivery practices within software or
• Hands-on experience working in a SAFe environment, including Programme Increment planning and
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure DevOps, including backlog management, sprint boards, dashboards
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaborative meetings, resolve delivery impediments, manage
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
