Scrum Master / Delivery Coach

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Scrum Master for the Salesforce delivery team, facilitating core Scrum
• Provide Scrum Master and delivery support to the NetSuite team while coordinating activities across
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, encouraging self-organization, accountability
• Facilitate retrospectives that generate honest insights, actionable improvement initiatives, and
• Identify, track, escalate, and remove impediments that may affect team progress or delivery
• Protect teams from unnecessary external disruption and help establish a sustainable and productive

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience working as a Scrum Master or Delivery Coach, ideally within
• Solid, demonstrable understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile delivery teams toward greater
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business audiences and build productive
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and remove delivery impediments
