🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant field
• 5+ years as (Senior) Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Certified Scrum Master (PSM II minimum)
• Strong organizational awareness and stakeholder management
• Entrepreneurial, flexible, pragmatic mindset
• Fluent Dutch required
