Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews and Retrospectives.
Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove impediments that affect team delivery.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers and other stakeholders.
Support teams in improving collaboration, transparency and delivery processes.
Help create an environment where teams can work autonomously and effectively.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Relevant higher education or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Experience working with software development and/or technology teams.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
