Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain sprint boards, dashboards, RAID logs, and dependency tracking in Jira/Azure DevOps.
Coach teams on Agile practices: goals, estimation, story clarity, acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritise work for delivery.
Track blockers, risks, dependencies, and key decisions; escalate as needed.
Support PI planning and Scrum of Scrums across distributed teams.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as Scrum Master in enterprise delivery environments.
Strong Jira experience with sprint boards, dashboards, and reporting.
Familiarity with DevOps / Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery.
Experience improving backlog hygiene, story readiness, and acceptance criteria.
Comfortable working with UK stakeholders and overlapping UK hours.
