📋 Description

• Fulfill junior-level and high-volume requisitions while scaling teams across the Stripe Delivery
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting
• Partner closely with Recruiting Analytics to ensure accurate reporting on hiring progress for the
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, and other teams to
• Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and
• Provide timely reporting on key metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; in-house recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Strong track record of meeting targets and managing high-volume hiring in a fast-moving environment
• Experience partnering with hiring teams as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
• High agency and ability to handle ambiguity with autonomy and responsibility
• Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse candidate pipelines
• Active, data-driven approach to problem-solving; enjoy identifying trends and using insights
