📋 Description

  • Hire, lead and develop Implementation Specialists to guide user implementations
  • Oversee project delivery for your team's book: monitor health, quality, and SLA
  • Manage team capacity: assignments, resource allocation, and PTO planning
  • Coordinate escalations across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Pro Services
  • Manage onboarding for new Specialists, including system access and training
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and adopt new practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales and Product to deliver high-impact initiatives
  • Advocate for excellent customer service and build relationships with users

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years leading professional services and/or customer success teams in tech
  • 10+ years customer-facing experience in infrastructure, platform, or SaaS
  • Explain complex business and technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with global teams on high-impact initiatives
  • Operational mindset with experience launching new processes and delivering services
  • Analytical skills to investigate, prioritize, and identify root causes
  • Comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
