SDR Manager

📋 Description

• Build and lead the SDR team from the Lehi office, including hiring reps, writing the playbook, and
• Own the SDR team’s quarterly pipeline target, inspecting activity and conversion weekly to identify
• Maintain the talent bar by recruiting, onboarding, ramping reps, and coaching or making hard calls
• Develop and refine the outbound playbook, including target segments, key accounts, messaging
• Ensure high-quality coaching by listening to calls, providing feedback, and holding reps
• Manage the handoff to Account Executives, ensuring booked meetings are desired and running a

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required; equivalent experience is welcome.
• Skills: Coaching and mentorship, data-driven performance management, outbound sales development
• 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in an outbound top-of-funnel role and/or managing
• 2+ years selling into SMB markets.
• Experience leading or coaching outbound top-of-funnel efforts with demonstrated results, ideally in
• High agency, real intensity, and genuine passion for recruiting, developing, and retaining
