📋 Description

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other relevant
• Identify and engage decision-makers, generate qualified opportunities, and book meetings with
• Monitor daily SDR activity, including calls, emails, LinkedIn engagement, meetings booked, and
• Support the onboarding and training of new SDRs, sharing best practices in prospecting, messaging
• Review SDR performance and campaign results, providing constructive feedback and practical
• Identify early signs of underperformance and escalate concerns to leadership when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) in B2B SaaS, technology
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and booking qualified
• Strong track record of contributing to revenue growth through effective sales development
• Some experience mentoring, onboarding, training, or informally supporting other SDRs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including confidence participating in
• Practical experience with multi-channel outbound strategies, including email, LinkedIn, and cold
