🎯 Requirements

Based in Latin America with professional English; Spanish/Portuguese preferred.
1–3 years in search funds, PE, IB, corporate dev, or B2B sourcing.
Strong research judgment, concise writing, and persistent follow-through.
Advanced Google Sheets or Excel; comfortable using a CRM daily.
Experience with Clay, Apollo, PitchBook, Capital IQ, or HubSpot.
Work sample showing market mapping or sourcing hard-to-find companies.
