Seasonal Agent Support Representative (Remote - TN)

📋 Description

• Take calls from insurance agents nationwide
• Explain ACA enrollment to help agents enroll clients
• Troubleshoot the platform and answer application/referral questions
• Follow support protocols with empathy and efficiency
• Assist with related tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Residency in FL, OH, TN, TX, UT, or VA
• Prior customer service experience
• 3+ years of combined education/work/volunteer experience
• Strong collaboration and multitasking in team settings
• Dedicated remote workspace with room for monitor and equipment
• Quiet, private home workspace
