• Take calls from insurance agents across the country
• Help agents navigate ACA enrollment to enroll clients
• Troubleshoot the platform and answer questions about applications and referrals
• Follow support protocols with empathy and efficiency on every call
• Support with other related tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
• Previous customer service experience
• 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience
• Strong collaboration and multitasking with open communication
• A dedicated remote workspace with room for a desktop monitor and equipment
• Reliable home internet with download speeds over 128 Mbps
