📋 Description

• Spend your day in a queue taking calls from insurance agents across the country
• Learn the ACA enrollment process to help agents navigate our platform to enroll their clients in insurance coverage
• Help agents troubleshoot the platform and answer questions about applications and referrals
• Follow support protocols while providing thoughtful service, balancing efficiency and empathy on every call
• Support with other related tasks as needed
• Fully remote role through Dec 2026 with potential extension

🎯 Requirements

• Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
• Previous customer service experience
• 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience
• Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities with open communication and constructive feedback
• A dedicated space to work remotely with room for a desktop monitor and provided equipment
• Reliable home internet with download speed exceeding 128Mbps
