📋 Description

  • Be the primary voice; handle high-volume inbound calls in EN/ES.
  • Provide guidance on products, pricing, and site navigation.
  • Manage orders: create orders, track shipments, process returns.
  • Drive timely resolution in our ticketing system.
  • Work Mon-Fri 5am-5pm PT; fully remote.

🎯 Requirements

  • Based in Argentina.
  • 2+ years in high-volume customer service or call center with inbound calls.
  • English & Spanish proficiency (spoken and written).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; ticketing system experience.
  • Own equipment; reliable 100 Mbps Wi‑Fi; available Mon–Fri 5am–5pm PT.
