📋 Description

• Process written customer orders accurately into our system
• Meet daily throughput and quality targets
• Answer incoming customer calls to capture and confirm order information
• Catch and flag order discrepancies early
• Keep supervisor informed of volume spikes, errors, or issues
• Build familiarity with order systems and processes

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Type at least 50 WPM accurately
• Handle high volume of calls and data entry in fast-paced environment
• Based in or able to commute to Carson, CA
