Seasonal Intake Specialist (Part-time, Thrive, DPT)

📋 Description

• Lead video and audio onboarding consultations with members at the start of their journey
• Deliver a welcoming, personalized introduction to the program to set each member up for success
• Capture and synthesize information shared to enable a smooth, high-quality transition to the
• Prepare clear handoff notes and collaborate with PTs to ensure continuity of care
• Help members overcome initial barriers, building confidence and readiness to begin treatment
• Review and annotate recorded video and chat interactions to support quality assurance and help

🎯 Requirements

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy)
• At least 3 years of clinical experience
• Must be a licensed physical therapist
• Experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage members
• Extremely comfortable with technology and navigating multiple platforms at once
