Seasonal Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Perform general maintenance to keep vacation homes guest-ready (HVAC, plumbing, appliances).
• Travel between multiple worksites within the assigned market.
• Respond to guest maintenance issues including appliances, cable/WiFi, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Create and delegate maintenance tickets; coordinate with housekeeping and owners.
• Maintain hot tubs as needed and participate in on-site training; on-call rotation.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to complete tasks and meet standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of basic property maintenance experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with mobile apps, tablets, and software.
• Excellent time management; ability to adapt to interruptions.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel between worksites.
• Strong customer service mindset and clear, positive communication.
