📋 Description

• Execute inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to fix process gaps
• Support key operations functions: shipment, receiving, replenishment
• Move and stock product on floor and back of house
• Assist in ensuring visual standards and product flow aligns with goals
• Move with urgency to support guest experience and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales or retail operations
• Strong guest service mindset and communication
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Reliable, self-motivated team player
• Willing to move around store and stand for shifts
• Passion for customer service and delivering great experiences
