Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) - City Creek Centre

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory issues with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment on the sales floor
• Maintain strong visual standards and floor plans for the retail space
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and meet business needs
• Assist with shipment processing and product flow to ensure timely merchandising

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and safely move up to 50 pounds
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles and standards
