Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Fashion Square Mall

📋 Description

• Provide guest experiences during peak periods and support store goals.
• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Handle shipments, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and adapt to business needs.
• Collaborate with team to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operations environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work during peak holiday period and busy events.
• Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand and move for entire shift.
