Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business needs
Assist in shipment processing, receiving, and product flow to maintain stock availability
Maintain visual standards and floor set updates to support brand presentation
Support operations-focused directives and initiatives with the Ops & Visual Management team
Provide exceptional guest experiences and contribute to a high-performing team

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in a client-centric sales & operational environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for extended periods
Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
Ability to move, bend, kneel, climb, and safely perform required tasks
