• Execute key operational tasks on the sales floor and back of house
• Move product flow and stock to support business needs
• Maintain visual standards and replenish inventory throughout shift
• Assist with shipments, receiving, and floor sets
• Support guest experiences with efficient, accurate service
• Collaborate with store team to meet goals during peak periods

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfort with moving across sales floor and back of house
• Attention to inventory accuracy and process adherence
• Team player with ability to work in fast-paced setting
