📋 Description

• Support store goals during peak periods with guest experiences and brand mission
• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Help with shipment, receiving, and processing; support floor replenishment
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor and stockroom
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of client-centric sales and operational experience
• Strong customer service orientation and communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move during shifts
• Willingness to move around store and perform various tasks
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and prioritizes guest satisfaction
• Interest in visual merchandising and inventory accuracy
