Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) - South Congress

📋 Description

• Support store goals during peak periods with guest experiences and brand mission.
• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Process shipments, receiving, and product flow to maintain stock levels.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist guests and maintain visual standards.
• Assist with floor replenishment, floor set updates, and store operations tasks.
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure safe, inviting, and efficient operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Strong customer service and ability to identify and resolve product concerns
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move during shifts
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and willingness to support diverse store needs
