Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Yorkdale Shopping Centre

📋 Description

• Support store goals during peak periods by delivering guest experiences and brand mission execution.
• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Process shipments, receiving, and product flow; maintain stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs and assist guests.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and address inventory or process gaps.
• Maintain visual standards and ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of client-centric sales and operational experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Willingness to move around store environments and assist across roles as needed.
• Ability to analyze and leverage store metrics to support business goals.
