📋 Description

• Manage daily operations of the local vacation home portfolio.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks and maintenance as needed.
• Respond to escalated guest and homeowner concerns via emails/calls/tickets.
• Inspect homes prior to guest and owner arrivals.
• Travel between local worksites and support teams as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or vacation rental industry preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in housekeeping, maintenance, or similar role.
• Excellent time management; can handle interruptions.
• Strong attention to detail; tech-savvy with digital systems.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and software platforms.
• Frequent travel between worksites; reliable transportation required.
