Seasonal Relocation Assistant (Part-time)

📋 Description

• Support Relocity's Personal Host team to deliver relocation services in Phoenix Apr–Sep.
• Provide hands-on, in-person assistance to relocating employees.
• Lead neighborhood tours, housing searches, and local registrations.
• Coordinate moving logistics and initial home setup.
• Be a local subject matter expert on the city, neighborhoods, and services.
• Assist with client communications and time management during peak season.

🎯 Requirements

• Work authorization to work in the USA.
• 5+ years residency in Phoenix with knowledge of the local rental market.
• Own a reliable 4-door vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Available for at least 20 hours per week, including Sundays.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors/Associate degree preferred; proficiency with MS Office, GSuite, and CRM.
