📋 Description

• Prepare homes for guest check-in and check-out.
• Travel between units delivering supplies and assist staff.
• Perform general maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Remove trash from homes.
• Complete maintenance tasks (appliance, cable, wifi, hot tubs, bulbs).
• Ensure Standard Unit Appearance and fix inconsistencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in hospitality or vacation rental preferred.
• Experience in maintenance or housekeeping bonus.
• Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems and apps.
• Reliable transportation for travel between worksites.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and homeowners.
