Seasonal Sales Associate

📋 Description

• Customer Engagement: Welcome every guest into the store, start engaging conversations to discover
• Drive Sales: Achieve individual and store sales targets/KPIs through consistent, proactive selling
• Product Demos & Activities: Lead product demonstrations, facilitate crafting or slime bar
• Event Support: Assist with store activations and special events, such as birthday parties.
• Checkout & Communication: Process customer transactions at the register and share information
• Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and general tasks to keep

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work 4 to 8-hour shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Available to work at least one weekend day per week (both preferred) and peak holiday periods.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a guest-first attitude.
• Passion for selling, customer service, and engaging with both adults and children.
• Prior experience or background in retail, hospitality, childcare, or child development/education is
• Patience, warmth, joy, humor, and strong improvisational skills.
