• Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and promotions to confidently support decisions.

• Support visual standards, organization, and general store operations to stay customer-ready.
• Escalate any issues or opportunities to the Manager on Duty.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service or retail experience; great with people.
• Strong collaborator and team player.
• Flexible, proactive; handles multiple interactions with care.
• Sales-driven with KPIs; targets matter.
• Excellent communication; reads customer cues well.
• Eligible to work in Canada and 18+.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move around the store.
• Available for a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
