• Create a comfortable, inclusive end-to-end customer experience.
• Listen to customers and guide them to the right Knix products for a perfect fit.
• Work in a sales-driven environment focused on KPIs (AOV, CVR, UPT).
• Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and current promotions.
• Maintain high energy and engagement on the floor for a positive in-store experience.
• Support visual standards and general store operations to keep customer-ready.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset.
• You’re great with people and a strong team player.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to handle multiple customer interactions.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment with KPIs/targets is an asset.
• Must have work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18+.
• Able to lift/move packages up to 25 lbs.
