📋 Description

• Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and
• Drives and exceeds sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and
• Ensures engagement with customers and provides a friendly and easy to shop environment
• Continues to build the client relationship daily with customers
• In partnership with leadership team, analyzes reports to strategize and deliver results; supports
• Ensures effective sales floor coverage through the development of workforce solutions and leading

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
• Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
