📋 Description

• Seasonal role supporting store goals during peak periods with guest experiences and product
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred 1+ year prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
• Confidently introduces all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) through personal
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift; capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills aligned with store goals.
