Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and delivering friendly, efficient
Ensure engagement with customers and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow and visual merchandising standards.
Provide daily store leadership with knowledge of goals, launches, and initiatives.
Educate guests and staff on product, culture, and store policies.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in a client-centric sales environment preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to work a flexible, part-time schedule including peak shopping periods.
