📋 Description

• Seasonal Sales Associate supports store goals during peak and high-volume periods
• Deliver guest experiences and bring ALO Brand Mission to life
• Drive sales and build customer loyalty through authentic connection and product expertise
• Provide friendly, easy to shop environment and assist in store operations
• Maintain engaging sales floor coverage and assistance during shifts
• Handle daily responsibilities to keep store clean, safe, and inviting

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year client-centric, sales experience preferred
• Confident with delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work up to 20 hours per week, including peak shopping periods
• Willingness to work during Blackout period (Thanksgiving through end of holiday season)
