• Maintain knowledge of store goals, initiatives, and product launches; educate guests on initiatives.
• Build client relationships daily and support meeting store goals with leadership.
• Deliver excellent customer service and protect daily schedule in partnership with leadership.
• Confidently explain all facets of the ALO business model to guests.
