Seasonal Tax Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and motivate remote team members through video calls, phone, and chat to achieve program goals
• Monitor the Tax Support Slack channel, providing accurate tax guidance, relevant resources, and
• Address operational challenges, leadership channel inquiries, and customer escalations, ensuring
• Conduct call monitoring to assess customer interactions, identify improvement opportunities, and
• Make customer callbacks as needed to resolve outstanding concerns and maintain a positive customer
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to support coaching, quality assurance

🎯 Requirements

• Must be an actively credentialed, U.S.-based Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Public Accountant
• Must hold an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• At least 2 years of professional experience preparing and filing individual income tax returns
• At least 1 year of experience in a remote supervisory role, managing teams of five or more employees
• Strong tax knowledge and the ability to provide reliable guidance while addressing customer
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills, with the ability to
