📋 Description

• Directly manage 6-8 Account Executives
• Coach reps on discovery meetings, live demos, and crafting solutions in Mandarin
• Support Director by gathering front-line feedback
• Identify opportunities to improve funnel efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams for delivery expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual Mandarin-speaking (fluent) required
• 5+ years of sales experience in sourcing and/or closing roles
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Proven track record of success
• Passionate with ability to inspire and motivate others
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, creative, flexible and able to perform under pressure
