Drive or support the preparation of SEC filings and manage reviews with auditors and management.
Prepare or review quarterly financial statements.
Ensure GAAP compliance and disclosure requirements.
Handle earnings per share calculations.
Manage equity accounting activities and related journal entries.
Support quarter-end reporting requests and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting with CA or CPA license.
8+ years of accounting experience, incl. 3+ years in corporate financial reporting.
Public accounting/Audit experience with Big 4 preferred.
Strong SEC filing experience (10K/10Q/XBRL) and knowledge of SEC standards.
Experience with public company stock administration and Workiva SEC reporting tool preferred.
Excellent PM, communication, and collaboration skills; proactive problem solver.
