📋 Description

• Act as central support for SI Program Managers, enabling prompt responses.
• Lead onboarding, milestones, and standardized templates for the SI journey.
• Coordinate report production and prepare materials for member meetings.
• Bridge gaps between customers, PMs, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Generate actionable sustainability narratives from EcoVadis data and dashboards.
• Identify AI-enabled process improvements and share best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer support, success, or account mgmt, preferably SaaS or sustainability.
• Strong data analytics and storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Tableau to extract reporting data and track milestones.
• Proficient with Google Suite and project management tools; curious to apply AI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Formal education in Sustainability, Business, or Supply Chain; passion for sustainability.
